[Xastir-Dev] README.1ST update

Near the end of the file is a section titled:

Current List of APRS Internet Servers:

This section is basically a 'cut n paste' of information compiled by
WA8LMF. Currently, it looks like the link to his copy of this info on
his page is void. Hopefully he'll get things straightened out. In the
mean time, there's a reference in this file to the ports.html file
describing the aprsd ports, in the comments section:

; http://www.ntstrans.com/~ntstate/ports.html

Well, the server www.ntstrans.com went offline back last April (my old
employer that went belly up). So, I've made the file available at:

http://aprsdcsp.antelope.net/ports.html

WA8LMF was made aware of this change many months ago - but looks like
the copy of the file in xastir's README.1ST hasn't "caught up" yet.

WA4DSY (aprsd's 'Frank G') also has this info available via his web site
at:

http://www.wa4dsy.net/aprs/ports.html

For our xastir users, it may well be worth it to edit this info in
README.1ST
