[Xastir-Dev] problem with drg geotiff maps

Are you sure they still do that? They've moved to a different system 
than the last time I visited (got ESRI Shapefiles). DRGs and some other 
data now require you to purchase "Premium  Bandwidth bytes" before you 
can download them. Yes, this used to be free, but I think they changed it.

Now they have "Normal" downloads and "Premium" downloads. The premium 
downloads are faster and you pay. Normal are free. But  not all data is 
even offered with the Normal download now. DRGs are one of the premium 
only downloads.

I think it's something like $25 for 1.5 GB of download, minimum 
purchase. I don't want to pay anything :-) call me cheap.
