[Xastir-Dev] Problems building on Cygwin

Looks like 5.8 requires explicit calls to the modules in question.  If 
you were calling (I'm more familiar with the Mapserver stuff I just 
debugged, so forgive me):  $point = new pointObj(), now you've got to 
call the entire module reference:  $point  = new mapscript::pointObj()

This could be part of your problem...  I've decided 5.8 is somewhere 
between wierd and evil.
