APRS Authors,

I worked on my MILEMARK file over XMAS and think it is good enough now
for others to implement.  All the data is in a file named MM-DATA.DAT
and I have l inks to it on my web page:

The format is simply SS##,MK,LAT,LON where SS is the state abbreviation
and ##... is the interstate number (ie, 95).  MK is the mile mark
number.

Also there is a short snippet of Basic code showing how I use the file to
simply overlay 1 mile ambiguity circles over every Nth mile mark (5, 10 or
20) to make it easy to see where the mile marks are depending on Range
Scale of the map being displayed.

98% of HAM radio operators use mile marks for mobile position reporting.
Only 2% use APRS...  we should be proficient at their use...
