[Xastir-Dev] Small bug

Ah, but the data I get from FSL is now in HECTOPASCALS for pressure and 
kelvins for temps.  And U and V vectors for winds.  So I just figured 
everyone should enjoy the translating fun!

Winds should either be KPH for metric or knots for English.  They should 
NOT ever be in statute miles for English.
