[Xastir-Dev] Snapshots are better now!

I re-created it by enabling snapshots, then closing Xastir.  Start
Xastir, but switch active desktops before it fully draws.  Voila!

We should crank the snapshot time down to 15 seconds or so and play
a little with it.
