I've spent a large amount of time this week working with ImageMagick.

I have come to the determination that ImageMagick fails to meet basic
requirements for xastir's needs.  Accordingly, I'm going to focus my
efforts on GraphicsMagick, a friendly fork of ImageMagick which is
committed to being user-friendly.  To learn more about GraphicsMagick,
check out their website at http://www.graphicsmagick.org/.

I will work with Curt to return acinclude.m4 and src/maps.c to their
previous state of breakage for the release.  After the release, I will
implement GraphicsMagick support for xastir in place of ImageMagick.
Other developers will likely continue to support ImageMagick.

I am sorry for the inconvenience.  If people really want to know the
details, feel free to email me off-list.  It's not really all that
interesting, just depressing.
