[Xastir-Dev] 1.2.0: shouldn't be trying to connect to terraserver

Funny that this comes up today - as it came up over the weekend at the
SeaPac hamfest. One of the new users was online via dialup, and made
the mistake of selecting the Automaps function, which enabled the
terraserver stuff. I think it'd be appropriate to make a button/switch
selection for something to the effect of 'use/don't use internet-based
maps/images', so those that would normally/frequently have them enabled
when connected to broadband can disable them when only dialup is
available. Curt: This is what I IM'd you about yesterday.
