[Xastir-Dev] New bug in CVS

This one's not my fault, I just discovered it.

When I run xastir from a virgin CVS checkout, I get many lines of
this:

Couldn't open file for appending:

This appears in src/util.c, but there's no filename in the output, so
something's pretty wrong here.

Curt has been pretty busy with that file over the past week, but it
could be another file blowing away the variable or something.

Just wanted to give you all a heads up.
