Don't look at me!  I've got SQL experience, but it's all been with
Sybase, using C and Perl.  No PostgreSQL/PostGIS experience yet, but
I'm working on it.

Only one I know that knows anything about PostGIS is Gerry C, and
he seems kind'a busy these days.
