[Xastir-Dev] TODO for "stable"?

Whatever you've done to improve the CPU utilization is working great here!

Just last week xastir was eating up over %60 of my CPU time - at times 
upto %80 - last night's code is down to an average of %7.0 and stays 
there - VERY well done!
