I took the last remnants of README.1ST out of the Makefiles.

Try it again after a "cvs update", but you may want to start at the
"./bootstrap.sh" step, then run "./configure".

You may also want to hand delete the /usr/local/xastir/docs copy of
README.1ST.  That file doesn't exist anymore.
