[Xastir-Dev] Fixed Tigermap Intensity Problem?

I _think_ the Tigermap intensity slider problem has been fixed.  It
works now for a very old ImageMagick on Linux, and for a very new
one on Cygwin.

SourceForge is in read-only mode right now, so I can't close that
bug.
