[Xastir-Dev] Map Chooser and Motif

Found old Motiff 2.1
Re installed several component I screwed up trying to get Motif 2.2 to work on
RH 6.2

Tiger maps are back.
But on map chooser I still get no expanded directories.
Scratching head I had made no changes prior to the expaned directories not
working.
Failed on both machines RH6.2 and RH7.2
checked map directory permissions too.
