That's an excellent idea for Xastir-specific stuff, and we should
probably do that.

In this case though, it looks like it's an autoconf-generic thing.
It doesn't appear to be in any Xastir-specific autoconf/automake
pieces of our configure scripts.  In fact, we don't even use that
particular define in our Xastir code.
