I don't think so.  I remember someone complaining a while back that
we didn't respect the windows size/placement command line option.
If you look at main.c:main(), you'll see very little in there with
respect to supporting command-line options.

We only support the Xastir-specific stuff, not the generic X11
stuff.  It's be a most welcome change if we did.
