[Xastir-Dev] symbols added for point shapefiles with-dbfawk

You can now define the symbol to be used for point shapefiles.  See the 
example in README.MAPS where I've documented some roll-your-own 
shapefile map techniques including saving a track log shapefile as well 
as manually creating shp/dbf files with the shapelib tools.

I've used this to lay out the course and mileposts for a well known 26.2 
mile event that happens around election day.
