[Xastir-dev] CVS broken big-time

While we're on the topic of 'forges' Unidata, with whom I do a lot of
work now in the weather world has set up their own GForge site (or
claimed they were going to and are now doing something gforge-ish).
They had a whole slew of reasons, including SF's problems last year and
some apparent restrictions and requirements coming down the pike (plus,
atmos guys are just antisocial sometimes :-D that sent them this way.
Do we want to consider such a thing?
