NS/EW Case sensitivity summary:

Insensitive:  Kenwoods, APRSdos, WinAPRS, APRS+SA
Sensitive:    FINDU, javAPRS, Xastir, Pmap

I forgot to ask (and it is not needed now, nor is it quite as useful) but
the case sensitivity of the "z" in the TIME field of the @ and "/" formats
would also be nice to have in the long run...

   APRSdos and Kenwoods dont care on receipt,
   but transmit "z" as requested in the Spec.
