It's not smart enough yet.  The software is only two days old!

The initial implementation used a single file that covered the whole
U.S., so it didn't need to auto-select the right geocode file.

Feel free to make the software smarter though.  Since it looks like
three people so far are generating the files, it's probably a good
time to come to a concensus on the filenames and organization...
