[Xastir-dev] Xastir, Gdal, and Cgywin

Gdal-1.2.0b.tar.gz for the source

Once I got Python installed, the commands are

./configure;make;make install

It also uses GCC++ but I don't know if that is already installed by the
other stuff in the "install this" list or not.

Thanks.  Added this info to the docs.  Any other specifics, or did it
compile from scratch ok from a tarball or from GDAL CVS?
