[Xastir-dev] What happened to the build?

So I'm starting to get back into xastir (in preparation for the 2m
station going back on the air at the new location) and I find tons of
snazzy new features described here and elsewhere, but the software
doesn't build. :-)
Tons of undefined references to "pipe_xastir_to_server", "writen",
"readline", and "Fork_server". I think Curt's the architect of these
changes -- anything you want to tell me that will help me figure out
what's not doing the right thing?
