[Xastir-dev] WMS access for radar

Looks like there is a Libcurl problem right now with getting radar via 
the Open Geospatial Consortium's Web Map Service.  There's a curl error 
popping up.  I'm wondering if this might be a png thing... orsomething else.

Anyone got any thoughts?
