[Xastir-dev] Davis Weather Station Corrections/hacks

Steve Dimse and FindU created a table for lookup.  I've got one 
somewhere.  The PDE for T/Td/RH conversion isn't worth the effort to track.

There's a simplification out there.  I've gotta find it in the books and 
I'll relate it to you.

It's good enough for what we're doing with APRS-WX and CWOP.
