[Xastir-dev] Any objections to dumping out another "stable" release?

I can't justify changing or adding code just before I do a release.

I have saved your messages to the other lists where you asked people
about this, and their responses, plus your summary.  I'll get to
that soon, but it won't be the stable release.  Sorry.

I have to wrap my mind around the issue and make sure I know the
right thing to do in this instance.  The actual changes to the code
will be trivial.
