[Xastir-dev] New "stable" release?

Would anyone mind if we bumped out another "stable" release at this
point?

There hasn't been a great deal of work on the development releases
since the last stable, but the findu.com track fetch fix is probably
important enough to dump out a new release for.  If nobody minds,
I'll try to do that sometime soon.
