[Xastir-dev] network TNC type?

thought of a use-case.  Windows computer running xastir, no remserial,
etc available there as part of the standard OS install (or typical
user loadout).  TNC attached to remote system (sheevaplug, gumstix,
$30 ebay 12V PC, Arduino MEGA with ethernet shield and 4
RS232-attached TNCs, etc).

Also, one of my lower priority goals is to reduce xastir dependencies
on third party packages.

I also found a feature request that agrees with me.  I think I'll keep it. (:
