[Xastir-dev] Proposal to clean up some warnings

That's far far fewer than I'm seeing with GCC 4.4.3. I'm seeing 214
warnings, of which 124 are the 'format not a literal string' warnings.

If we don't want to change to strncpy(), Tom's suggestion to add the
"%s" format string, seems like a good one to me.
