Well, sort of -

Take a look at DB2APRS (the source is in the Xastir build tree).  It reads
a MySQL database and generates an APRS string that is passed into Xastir
as the "Davis" Weather Station type.

I know (but haven't looked at that part of the code) that Xastir can also
accept "objects" from FireNet, NWS and some other places.
