[Xastir-dev] Greek language for Xastir Menus

Hello,
I am running Xastir on Windows 10 and I have tried to implement an new
language  .sys file under /config directory for Greek. The characters
displayed are non-readable so I was wondering if greek language cannot be
supported or if i have to define a different encoding -Cp1253- anyware in
the code.
