[Xastir-dev] Travis OSX build broken

My latest commit to .travis.yml fixed the issue, at the expense of adding about
92 seconds to the setup time for the virtual machine.

We should monitor that travis-ci.community thread to see when Travis support
actually updates the VM so that the "update: true" thing is no longer needed,
and remove it at that time.
