[Xastir-dev] No Travis CI anymore... hack cautiously and test yourself

After my last commits, I noticed that I had stopped receiving emails from
Travis CI about test results.  A quick investigation shows that all previous
attempts to run Travis CI for the last few months (maybe more) have been failing
with a message that the Xastir account does not have enough "credits" to
run the testing.

It looks like Travis CI is no longer a freebie for projects like ours on github.

Automated testing of Xastir code is no longer happening, so we have to do
it ourselves like we always did before.
