[Xastir] Saved Station Track

That feature is currently broken.  I broke it.  Sorry.  I was doing
some changes to how tracks are stored in memory and didn't get back
to fixing that part of it.

I won't be able to get to it for the next week.  Watch we7u-12 later
today and you _might_ figure out why.

Put it on the bug list so it doesn't get forgotten.
