[Xastir] can't compile - missing CompressColormap()

Yes.  I see it in maps.c:draw_geo_image_map() and in
maps.c:draw_tiger_map().

This is an ImageMagick library function.  If they changed
ImageMagick again, we'll have to change Xastir to compensate.  It's
getting to be a regular thing.
