[Xastir] configure script problem

I'm having a bit of trouble with the configure script in the 1.1.3
snapshot. If I use --prefix=/usr, I get binaries in /usr/bin but it
expects to find data in /usr/xastir. However it should be
/usr/share/xastir.

1.1.0 did not behave this way.

I tried setting prefix=/usr/share, exec-prefix=/usr which installed
everything in the correct locations, but it still looks for maps in
/usr/xastir. I don't know why.
