Yes, it's a Unix or XWindows problem.  As near as I can tell though,
it's a bug in the apps that shows it.  The apps really need to look
for both the bare key, and the key with all the modifiers.  I just
haven't figured out which other numbers to look for yet.  Once I
figure that out it'll be an easy fix.
