[Xastir] XASTIR install?????

Thanks Chuck, I am not ready to finesse anything at this point. I just
figured I would go down the list from the Xastir Readme and install all the
listed libraries. (I don't know what they all do, but I have the space so
will just do them all in case I need them.)

Don't forget that ImageMagick-devel is broke in 7+.  You'll either have to
finesse the includes or install from tar (probably not a bad choice).  By
the
by... RH 8.0 has been running well on this end considering the dot oh
release.
