[Xastir] Tucows has old Xastir

Would whoever originally registered Xastir at TuCows please make
sure that the files there are up-to-date?

This goes for any site where people have uploaded versions of
Xastir.  It'd be good to keep them up-to-date, or get them deleted
and have them point to SourceForge as the primary download site.

There are far too many of the really old Xastir's still floating
around.
