[Xastir] Version 1.0.0 and raster maps

It can, but you'd need to compile in ImageMagick library support to
do so.

Upgrade to Xastir 1.1.4 via sources, compile in support for all of
the optional libraries, and you'll be much happier.  1.1.0 is awfully
buggy compared to the latest.

The README.1ST file should help you to do it.  Ask questions on the
list if you run into any snags and we'll try to help.
