[Xastir] RPMs and such

Hello xastir,

Um, rather than deal with lots of dependencies, why not build a
static-linked version for the RPM or other "introductory package"?

Sure, it would be a huge executable, but you would only really need to
require X be installed... And, if anyone decided they're interested in
running Xastir and updating it, they'll either put up with the
all-inclusive executable, or learn how to gather up the necessary
libraries to build it themselves.
