[Xastir] Area Color Fills not working (was Compile Problem)

Thanks Curt,

Right answer as always :) It needed Bzip2-devel - not quite sure why it didn't 
need it before but it works now anyway.

Next problem: In the Maps menu, 'Enable Area Color Fills' doesn't work any 
more (I don't think it did before I updated either) I'm using the basic 
'.map' APRS maps from the rutgers.edu server, btw.
