[Xastir] Shapefile question

Looks like the vertices in the shapefiles are not in lat/long format.
Can't help you with that.  You'd need to convert them to lat/long
first using a GIS program.

What you _can_ do is load Tiger/Line files that have been converted
to Shapefiles.  Those will work fine.
