[Xastir] NWS objects

I'm currently pushing EWX and GRK data out.  I was hoping to show the storm tracks for the spotter teams.  Everything I've seen is just a Time/Date stamp and a lat/lon.  Probably be very difficult to create a set of 'rules' to send those objects out.  

Something to add to the 'Wish list'....
