[Xastir] ImageMagick Problem: Jack?

With the Xastir Group or with Mandrake?  Seems like a Mandrake and
or ImageMagick developer problem.  They should have devel files
available for it, else it's of limited use.

We've had trouble linking to some of the later versions of
ImageMagick as well.  I don't know yet whether that's a problem on
the Xastir side or the IM side yet.
