[Xastir] smart preprocessing errors on latest CVS OSX

Couple of errors during make on today's CVS I can post/send more 
details if someone wants or cares.

It started with this error, then blew it's top after that

awk.h:63: undefined type, found `pcre'
awk.h:64: undefined type, found `pcre_extra'
cpp-precomp: warning: errors during smart preprocessing, retrying in 
basic mode

awk.h:63: warning: no semicolon at end of struct or union
awk.h:64: warning: type defaults to `int' in declaration of `pe'
