You need a development file in there somewhere.  Something that will
install the *.h files.  Without those, you can't compile new programs
that use ImageMagick, but you can use ones that are already compiled.

You need automake 1.6.3 or newer, autoconf 2.53 or newer.
You need a slight upgrade on autoconf.
