[Xastir] Viewing PalmMaps Labels

Try it now.  I think I fixed it but I don't happen to have any
pocketAPRS maps loaded on this system right now, and I don't want to
slow down my Cygwin download right now over this slow dial-up modem.

I'll test it tomorrow sometime but perhaps you can test it as well.
