[Xastir] Can't get tnc & net data at the same time

I can't figure out what I am missing here.

All my problems seem to some from missing files. I did not even have the make 
command and had to install that. I added a couple of others  but now I'm 
stuck again. When I installed Suse 8.1,  I just did the basic install..
