[Xastir] Can't get tnc & net data at the same time

No errors after this step.  You've successfully built Xastir!

Now do this:
    su (change to root user)
    make install-strip
    chmod 4555 /usr/local/bin/xastir
    exit (from root user)

Now you're done installing.

Type "xastir &" in an xterm window and it should come right up.
