[Xastir] Mac OSX: Audio Alerts Broken (CVS Xastir)?

I've received one report that audio alerts are broken for Mac OSX
with the later CVS versions of Xastir.  Anyone else experiencing
that on Mac OSX?

I need to know if it's a local setup problem or an Xastir problem.
